Stephanie Sleeper has 30 years business experience and nearly two decades at a Fortune 500 financial services company improving risk management capabilities, building high performing teams, and driving business results.  

Stephanie is an executive risk generalist and oversight expert having supported all aspects of the business, including distribution channels, operations, technology, security, third-party, and acquisition risk management.

She was educated at Bryant College and received the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the Software Engineering Institute division at Carnegie Mellon University. Stephanie is a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
